Ever dream about working at a ski slope? Now’s your chance! Hilltop Ski Area can make your dream come true so come join our amazing team.

My family has grown up on the slopes of Hilltop Ski Area and it has been such an important part of our lives. I can’t say enough about this amazing resource right in the back yard of Anchorage Alaska.

I love going to Hilltop because it is great for the whole family, from the kids who are still learning to the adults who have day jobs, the convenient location, variation of hills, and environment of learning bring us all together for a good time.

Hilltop is where it all began for me. From my first snowboarding lesson to my first jump and rail trick, even my first slope style competition! Hilltop was the foundation of my professional career, and I never would’ve made it without them.

“What I love about hilltop is the community. Pretty much everyone is willing to help you on that one trick you’re having trouble with. Especially the park crew. I probably wouldn’t know even half the tricks I know if it wasn’t for the help of others.”

Teagan Bailey

Hilltop is the best beginner skier / snowboarder resort in Alaska. The slope angle is perfect for controlling your speed & learning long slow wide turns (nice wide runs) & it’s in Anchorage…enough said.
