Cancellation & Refund Policy

Tickets & Passes
All tickets and pass products are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Please verify all date-specific purchases before completing checkout.
Lost, stolen, or unused tickets and passes will not be refunded or replaced.
Rentals
Rental products are non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up date.
Reservations canceled more than 24 hours before pick-up may be eligible for store credit at Hilltop’s discretion.
Late pick-up, early return, or unused rental time does not qualify for refunds or credits.
Lessons, Clinics, Camps & Programs
All lessons, clinics, tours, summer camps, and gravity camps are final and non-refundable.
Missed days, late arrivals, no-shows, schedule conflicts, illness, or injuries do not qualify for refunds or credits.
Participants removed from programs for unsafe behavior or failure to follow staff instructions will not receive refunds.
Summer Camps
Cancellation of a camp can be made 2 weeks prior to the beginning of the camp session start date and will be refunded less a $125 cancellation fee. All cancellations must be submitted in writing at the info@hilltopskiarea.org.
Hilltop reserves the right to cancel a participant’s enrollment for lack of payment, failure to complete required camp forms, or failure to comply with the standards of conduct.
If you would like to change your session dates, this can be done 6 weeks prior to the start of the session and only if there is available space in the session you’d like to move to.
If a participant does not complete the program due to personal injuries and/or illness, you will receive a prorated credit of your base camp price (and rental cost, if applicable) for days missed. A doctors note will be requested.
We do not guarantee weather or conditions, open terrain or number of lifts operating.
If a participant does not complete the program for any reason other than personal injury or illness, including but not limited to; change of plans, friend’s early departure, bicycle failure, poor behavior and or attitude, or weather (when the session is not canceled by Hilltop), their tuition will NOT be reimbursed, credited or moved to a later session.
All Cancellations within 2 weeks of camp scheduled date will not be refunded.
Parents/guardians are required to sign out children up at the end of camp day, unless the child is age 8 or older and the parent/guardian has signed a “permission to stay late” form that allows the child to “free ride” unsupervised.Weather & Operational Changes
Programs and lift operations may be adjusted, delayed, or canceled due to weather, trail conditions, mechanical issues, or other operational factors.
In the event Hilltop cancels a program entirely and no reschedule is available, participants may be offered a reschedule, store credit, or refund at Hilltop’s discretion.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are treated as cash.
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-replaceable if lost, stolen, or damaged.
General Policy
Hilltop Ski Area reserves the right to modify programs, schedules, instructors, terrain, and operating hours without notice.
By completing a purchase or registration, guests acknowledge and accept these policies.
As a nonprofit community recreation area, advance registrations help us plan staffing and programming. We appreciate your understanding. Exceptions due to documented medical emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
