Hilltop Ski Area does not rent gloves, hats or goggles but we do sell them.

The ticket office closes one hour prior to the hill closing. The ticket office is open 3:00 pm-7:00 pm Monday through Thursday, 9:00am-7:00 pm Friday and Saturday and 9:00 am-4:00 pm Sunday.

We do not control the cross country ski trails, but you can see the cross country trail conditions at AnchorageNordicSki.com.

It’s really hard to tell when we will be open for skiing and snowboarding. If there isn’t snow, but the temperatures stay under 26* we can start making snow and will be able to open sooner. Keep an eye on our website for announcements. You can also check out our webcam for snow conditions.

We do not do refunds, however you will receive a snow check which is good for the remaining hours on your ticket. Snow checks expire 1 year after being issued.

Yes, we can check to see how much is left on your gift card. If there is a remaining balance we can transfer it to a new gift card and invalidate the old one.

No, gift cards do not expire. However, vouchers and snow checks do.

You are allowed 1 day pass if you forgot your season pass. To re-issue a season pass there is a $10 charge. If you cannot find your season pass after having been given a day pass, you will need to be issued a new one and pay the $10 charge.
