GIRLS AND GEARS
Join SheJumps and Hilltop for a fun-filled girls mountain bike series designed to help riders build confidence, skills, and community on the trails!
Over the course of three evenings, girls ages 8–15 will learn foundational mountain biking skills in a supportive and encouraging environment led by Hilltop’s experienced mountain bike instructors. Whether participants are brand new to mountain biking or looking to improve their skills, this series is all about having fun, trying new things, and gaining confidence on two wheels.
Participants will spend each session building skills, riding trails, playing bike games, and learning how to safely navigate features like roots, rocks, turns, and small obstacles. Riders will also gain basic bike knowledge and trail etiquette while connecting with other girls who love adventure and the outdoors.
Ages 8 -15.

Clinic Dates:
July 16th, 23rd and 30th
Clinic Times:
5:30pm-8:00pm
Clinic Cost: $160 per session.
This clinic includes bike rental if needed, full face helmet and protective pads, bike park ticket, and 2.5 hours of bike instruction
Group is limited to 15-18 Participants
Skills & Activities Include
Bike setup, braking, shifting, and body positioning
Balance and cornering skills
Riding uphill and downhill terrain - Will it be more downhill?
Navigating roots, rocks, and trail features
Small obstacles, rollers, and beginner-friendly features
Trail etiquette and safety
Basic bike maintenance and care
Confidence building through games and group rides
SPECIFIC GEAR
Closed-toe athletic shoes
Weather-appropriate clothing (layers, light rain jacket recommended)
Full-finger gloves (optional but encouraged)
Water bottle or hydration pack
Small backpack (optional)
Personal bike and helmet if preferred (rentals and protective gear are available if needed
