FAMILY NIGHT OUT

Whether your kids are looking to extend the fun at Camp or you want to enjoy a night out, Hilltop’s Family Night Out is the perfect way to give yourself some time away while your kids play and learn alongside their peers. Rest easy knowing that your children are engaged in activities such as arts and crafts, group games, or active play in a safe, trusted place- So go ahead and RSVP and enjoy the Hilltop Music on the Patio, head out for a ride on your own , or enjoy a walk on the Service trails.

Schedule:‍ Friday’s July 10 through Sept. 4th - 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Clinic Cost: Night drop-in pass- $10.00 per child per Friday night.

Ages: 5-15

Staff to Participant Ratio:
Ages 5-7 years: No more than 8 kids per two staff
Ages 8 to 15 years: No more than 12 children per staff

Kids will engage in:
Rotation of age appropriate & theme-based STEM and arts projects
Indoor arts & crafts, table games, coloring 
Active play & group games, 
Field Games- group games, Kickball, Frisbee, tag

What types of spaces will Family Night Out utilize?
Chalet - Snowsports area!
NSAA ski jump grass run out area.
Areas within proximity to patio and base area

Program Guidelines & Q+A 
You may check your child in or out at any time. However, once your child has been checked out, they may not be checked back in on the same day.

Structured activities and schedules are planned for each program so the longer your child is present, the more opportunity they will have to participate.

If one parent or Guardian drops off a child, may another pick them up?
Yes, however both the drop-off and pick-up parent or guardian must be on the child’s drop-off form. Photo ID for drop-off & pick up.
