Thank you for your inquiry regarding rental space at Hilltop Ski Area and Bike Park. As an onprofit organization, we are committed to supporting groups whose missions align with our values and community focus.

Currently, our Chalet and outdoor spaces rental preference is to the following:

• Community-based nonprofit organizations

• Hilltop corporate sponsors and donors

• Educational institutions and educational support organizations

• Community bike, ski, and snowboard organizations

If you do not fall within these categories, your request will still be considered.

Chalet rental availability is limited to the months of April, May, September, and October.

Rental Rates:

• Nonprofit Rate: $200 per hour

• Rental Rate: $750 per hour

If you would like to move forward, we invite you to submit a request for a rental agreement.

Please include your preferred dates and a brief description of your planned event.
